May I just ask why the soundcard? You have no PSU, and i am guessing that you use WiFi instead of ethernet, but if I were you I would go with a more known case (maybe it is known just I have never heard of it), and you need a CPU cooler.

The CPU is usually cooled with an air cooler. Most CPUs come with stock coolers these days, expect Intel's unlocked Skylake and Kaby Lake CPUs. The i7-4790k comes with an included cooler. However, the included cooler is ugly and can get loud. Since the 4790k is an unlocked CPU, it makes sense to invest in an aftermarket cooler for better temperatures, aesthetics, and less noise. The Z170 chipset is not compatible with the 4790k though so that motherboard and CPU won't work. Also DDR4 RAM is not compatible with the 4790k. You'll want to get a newer gen i7, either a 6700k or 7700k.

GPUs come with their coolers. You basically get reference coolers on GPU or aftermarket. Reference tend to be louder and cool less efficiently. The EVGA SC Gaming ACX3.0 is an aftermarket cooler.

You're missing a PSU from this list, which is a vital component. You're also missing an SSD. Do not buy a sound card, waste of money.

This would be way better and is a tad cheaper that build isnt good but this woukd be a solid rig

Yeah this actually went over my budget lol but im fine with it.
I already have a keyboard, mouse and headset, ill be buying the OS soon, and gaming and renders.

Alright ill look into the Sky and Kaby lakes & I have a monitor on the list, I already have a keyboard and mouse and headset.

You're not overclocking so the 7700k isn't worth the premium. No need for a beefy cooler either, H7 will do the job. 1440p 165Hz G-Sync panel. This bad boy will last you years and the GTX 1070 is the best GPU to pair it with for now. SLI support so you can add a 2nd GTX 1070 in the future if you want. Nice big SSD. 525GB will be fine for now, and you can add an HDD when you have some more money.
