Yes I am very unintelligent and uninformed so if you spot any compatibility errors with this or ANY-thing wrong please tell me, no matter how harshly it is worded!

For the CPU and GPU do I need to purchase cooling fans? the case says it has some included but will they do the job or should I go ahead a purchase individual ones?

May I just ask why the soundcard? You have no PSU, and i am guessing that you use WiFi instead of ethernet, but if I were you I would go with a more known case (maybe it is known just I have never heard of it), and you need a CPU cooler.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

(But other than that wait for someone that knows a little bit more than me to respond)

The CPU is usually cooled with an air cooler. Most CPUs come with stock coolers these days, expect Intel's unlocked Skylake and Kaby Lake CPUs. The i7-4790k comes with an included cooler. However, the included cooler is ugly and can get loud. Since the 4790k is an unlocked CPU, it makes sense to invest in an aftermarket cooler for better temperatures, aesthetics, and less noise. The Z170 chipset is not compatible with the 4790k though so that motherboard and CPU won't work. Also DDR4 RAM is not compatible with the 4790k. You'll want to get a newer gen i7, either a 6700k or 7700k.

GPUs come with their coolers. You basically get reference coolers on GPU or aftermarket. Reference tend to be louder and cool less efficiently. The EVGA SC Gaming ACX3.0 is an aftermarket cooler.

You're missing a PSU from this list, which is a vital component. You're also missing an SSD. Do not buy a sound card, waste of money.

Okay, so you have a $1700USD budget? You need a monitor, but do you need a keyboard and/or mouse? If not, what will you be using? Same question for speakers/headset. Will you overclock? What exactly will you be using the system for?

Alright, get this;

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] / [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($328.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($34.99 @ Newegg Marketplace)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($122.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($84.97 @ Jet)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($124.99 @ Jet)
Video Card: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($399.99 @ B&H)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($103.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($99.99 @ B&H)
Monitor: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($399.99 @ Best Buy)
Total: $1700.89

You're not overclocking so the 7700k isn't worth the premium. No need for a beefy cooler either, H7 will do the job. 1440p 165Hz G-Sync panel. This bad boy will last you years and the GTX 1070 is the best GPU to pair it with for now. SLI support so you can add a 2nd GTX 1070 in the future if you want. Nice big SSD. 525GB will be fine for now, and you can add an HDD when you have some more money.
