Okay so 3 short beeps indicate that it could be a problem with the RAM.

I would suggest removing the RAM and see if it works.

Have you tried switching the PC on with your RAM out of it and the HDMI/DVI/VGA in your motherboard if you have tried that, try using your graphics card whilst the RAM is not in the PC.

I'm giving up, just gonna take it to a Computer shop and have them look at it for me

try using different RAM sticks if you have any lay about
