How many beeps did it do?

EDIT: The computer basically tries to tell you what is wrong with the PC by beeping.

I would suggest removing the RAM and see if it works.

Have you tried switching the PC on with your RAM out of it and the HDMI/DVI/VGA in your motherboard if you have tried that, try using your graphics card whilst the RAM is not in the PC.

try using different RAM sticks if you have any lay about
