So I know some of you may not care to much about this but im interested in losing some weight I don't drink pop or energy drinks and I don't eat to to much junk food but im stuck at around 285 im 25 ill be 26 this year and im around 6 ft 2inches tall so im not to sure what to do anyone got any ideas?

Work out. It may seem like a "duh" moment, but I've dropped ~200 lbs after my lapband surgery and I owe it all to me getting my ass up and doing what I needed to do.

lots of cardio and a well diet, you'll see improvements quickly. good luck fam.

its literally easy, dont do resistance training (gyms etc) get on a diet and ride a bike for 1.5+ hours...

once you lose weight u can choose to hit the gym to gain

If you completely cut out soda, you will literally see results. Just change your diet to greens and leans (: I have been on a roll 8 pounds this week

Lots of water ...literally marry it. <3

Make a food plan

And exercise daily. Whatever you feel is comfortable then you can slowly add more workouts !!

8 pounds a week? Lol. I doubt that.

OP, all you need to do is work on cardio for 2 times a day and do that every day of the week and maybe take an off day once in a while. Hopefully you actually start doing it because these topics are made all the time yet nobody ever does it..

Idk why you would doubt that lol but I got numbers and I have been watching the scale so your comment was unnecessary in all honesty
