I highly recommend counting calories. Download MyFitnessPal app on your phone, and just log everything you eat. It helps out a ton.

Even though this was posted a little while ago, the most important things would probably be a well-rounded diet and cardio.

about your body? or is it separate from that situation?
exercise is proven to decrease depression and stress. its not going to work right away, but consistent exercise will help your emotional health tremendously. also, talking helps. talking things out and just getting everything off your chest helps. its annoying and cliche but it helps.

thank you there's just been a lot building up on me in my life and everything is getting to me these days but I do thank you and everyone else that has talked to me and tried to help with the situation
