its probably like the recon in halo.. thats my best bet

my guesses are that it is playing with an IW staff member and possibly doing one of the following to them:
Stick them with semtex.
Get a Nuke on them.
Beat them really badly so then maybe they award you it.
Stab them in the back.
Throw a knife at them.
Hijack their crate
Copy their class
or even something totally random like getting a headshot with a predator missle on them(which I actually have done).

there are endless possibilities really....
