Okay so I am on eBay and i am fixing too checkout & suddenly a new page opens up titled "PayPal Securty Measures" & it says:
Then page looks like this..
it would be really simple if i could just enter my Full Bank Account #, but i payed some guy on here to verify it , & i can't remember who it was, i think he had something about Wiz Khalifia in his name, but im not sure. He had a post on here like a month ago saying he was verifying PayPals.
So if anyone can tell me who that was, fix this, or anyway to get this off & get someone else to verify it, then i will give you +100Rep & $2.00. & don't tell me to start a new one because i have almost $30.00 in this one.

my payPal is asking for info i do not have because someone else on TTG verified my PayPal for me, so i don't have it. i wll +100Rep & give you $5.97/ Gift You Gold if you can help me. & if you can tell me who it was that verified my PayPal then i will do the same. or if you did verify my payPal.

Your signed up to eTrade.
Enter your bank account number you added to your eTrade account, It'll work.
The reason why your receiving that page, It's because your eTrade is currently down or hasn't been used in a while, Just enter the back number you added to your eTrade account and It'll work, If it doesn't. PM Me, I know loads about PayPal.

This happened to me before. What you do is get your bank account number or social security number. (best to try both) put them in the full number slot,and it should work
