Can anybody give me a reason or help connect to the North America servers? After 3 days of no luck, I redownloaded the update and still nothing. My friends are able to connect but I am not.

Xbox Live is currently having some problems with there network...thats probably why you can go online...Once they get there problems fixed you probably cant go on online anymore....
