Views: 389You can get a build a lot better than that for 800$. I didn't include a OS as you should put that money towards your actual build. Just torrent Windows 7 instead.

Views: 469I went for a 750W PSU so you would have plenty of headroom. You could overclock your CPU and even throw in another 780 later in the future.
