on link i get this error code saying "plugin update required to connect to link"

why did i not recieve a system update when i put my usb in my rgh to update avatars

i have updated to the latest dash but when i try to do the avatar update nothing comes up also the file isn't co ...

it is a jtag falcon console not an rgh

i went on j-runner to update the kernal/dash
and then i updated it, it turned off (as it should do) i unpluged all the cables
but now when i turn it on the screen is just blank??

but the console ...

everything passes

but when i go onto link it comes with this error code saying "Plugin update required to connect to link"

but when i check there is nothing to update??

on portforwarding i get the option to put in my external start port which is 3071
and my external end port whuch is 3072

but i only get the option to put ...

on my router, it only gives the option for external start port and end port

and then it says internal port, do you know what number to put in there??
