0% fan speed until like 50*c at least, is what I'd suggest. Between 50/60*c, to about 70/80*c have the fans ramp up, then you have a silent card at idle and the fans will just come on to cool the card ...

With MSI Afterburner, have you set up a custom fan curve? Because that can make a huge difference.
Yeah I set it quite aggressive, 100% fan speed for 75 degrees I think.

I went into my PC and cleaned up the cabling and changed the position of the CPU cooler so it was back facing ram and fan facing exhaust fan. I ran benchmarks on OC MSI and now GPU on ...

Are you looking at the core temp or VRM temperatures. If I'd the core, turn down your OC because clearly your cooler can't cope with it.

92 is warm for a GPU, but it's safe. Nothing to worry to much about, if you want to lower the temps a bit, lower your Overclock.
