The chances of getting banned for not having the beta in your download history seem miniscule.

But this does not meen to say they won't find out another way and ban you.

Just truing to rule that out for people who are panicking.

3. They'd have automated systems which could check like a lot of people in a very short amount of time.

So using another example just so your small brain can understand. If person A buys a DVD, then copies it and gives it to person B, is that piracy? Yes, yes it is.

Yes the DVD would be pirated, but we are talking about a free beta which will be making them money as it is showing a wider range of players the game (although i do not think they are to worried on profits, and are the only game developer truly working for the hardcore gamers).

Well No. If you are hosting lobbies then you will get banned.

As for the people who get in the lobbies, nothing will happen to them.

Well obviously you will never 100% not get banned.

People doing GPD mods on cod 5 are getting console banned so you can get banned for more or less any kind of mod now...

Epic Games believes a good multi player release is the key to the games success or demise so they would be banning a lot of precious players, they won't ban anyone

even if theres a 50% chance..its only banning the account from gears 3 and the beta...they cant do a full acc ban or console ban..thus use a 1 month until u get a legit code/bulletstorm...then yeah

what if you download the launcher for a regular beta not the early access one and usb mod the early version so it can seem like you have it downloaded?

I played about 100 games and im still not banned so i doubt u will get banned
