Also, it seems more of satisfaction then a joke. Like, I can end this conversation. Ban hammer. The feeling of being more powerful then someone else, you know?

I'm so glad you came back to my topic to post what you have above and the sad thing is that we have to sit here and wonder if what we just posted will result in us being banned...because we told THE TRUTH about how things are. Not a single rule is being broken here.

I think the point has pretty much been made here...

Let me just throw something out there.

You guys complain about the things staff do, such as incorrect warnings and being rude, yet you turn around and call us "butthurt" and accuse us of other stupid things (really, you think any of us care enough to steal your topic and claim it as our own?)

Respect goes both ways. I can be the coolest person on the site, or I can be a complete asshole. I will treat you the same way you treat the staff, whether respectfully or not. Unfortunately, in the case of Ask the Staff, it's usually the latter.

Another thing you guys need to realize is that we don't make nearly as many mistakes as you guys seem to think we do. There are a lot of rules. We realize that. That's the reason warnings exist, so you know what you did wrong and don't do it again (resulting in a ban).

Making a post in the ATS section calling us stupid and taking a nasty tone only makes us hate you.

You guys also need to realize that we're a team of 50+ people that volunteer our time to help this site. We do this for free. We get nothing from it.

Of course, with a team of 50+ people, differences in warnings obviously occur. We try to be as uniform as possible, but obviously that's not possible 100% of the time.

Again, back to disrespect. It goes both ways. That's the biggest issue we have with our members, and believe me, we notice it.

We do our best to be respectful and fair, but if you don't treat us the same way, you can be sure that we're going to make your experience on the site less enjoyable.

Now let me make something very clear. Contrary to popular belief, when we get "butthurt", we don't actually go around deleting random topics for no reason. However, if you do piss us off enough, we just ban you. Why? Because we don't need to deal with you. You're a guest here. Just like any social event, if you're disrespectful to your hosts (the staff), expect to be gone.

With that said, I think this topic is pretty much done. I understand that you don't agree with all of our actions. We don't agree with all of yours either. But whether or not you agree with us, respect us. It will work out for you.
