I would say it depends on HOW we became immortal .if through tech/cybernetic means one could eventually say would we still be human or have souls.if through biological means,it would STILL be at the cost of our humanity via enhanced animal genes added.ever seen a frog unthaw from a frozen pond? all built in-why we'd go that route..

I really don't think humans can be immortal I think we will all die eventually but when we do if you mean in heaven where we can live an eternity in heaven than ya

There is no way that we will every be immortal, anything that is alive will die at some point

This makes me wonder, there is a baby that is around the age of 18 years old. Look it up on Youtube.

Would this person be the one who is possibly immortal?

After 18 or so years, this person is still an infant, almost not aging at all it seems.

It will happen at some point but no where near our lifetimes maybe in 500-1000 years, think how long it took us to get where we are now in technology, its the same as evolution if you believe in it, we started from **** t-rexs and shit, now look where we are and how long it took to get here! Think about it!

If it was they would be someone around from years ago
as it stands the record holder for the eldest person
(125 years of age)
