People In my school had a fight and they still got sh*t happen to them by the school.

A fight is way different than using/wearing items. Teacher's are responsible for a student until they step in their yard after school (fight side).

My school your not supposed to have a phone - only certain teachers are strict on it. You get it taken your parents have to come get it. After school/before school/and during lunch your allowed to be on your phone.

If it's after school, forget them your on your time. It's not like your out there doing drugs on school property

That is crazy, my teachers are really cool about it. They give me at least 5-10 warnings.

School rule with this is if you get out of school and fight before you get home, no matter where you are; A park or anything public you are the schools responsibility until you get home.

At my school if u get ur phone out u get it taken , and you have to pay 15$ for the first time if u dont give them your phone you get 3 days of out of school suspension.

As soon as you're out of the school gates they have no control over you, unless they bus duty (supervise all the kids going on the buses so no fights or that) If they threaten you just refuse and walk off, if they have a go at you tell your parents im sure they'll be on your side.
At my school school, sometimes the occasional teacher will have a go at me for having my phone out ant break near the end I find it funny to be honest....
