I'm going to be honest, i only thought it happened if you did the correct steps or whatever to go into it.
As far as I'm aware, you have to do the steps to get into it. That's the only way I've done it anyway.

As far as I'm aware, you have to do the steps to get into it. That's the only way I've done it anyway.
For me it's pretty much i wake up into sleep paralysis. Also got it a lot of times from trying to astral project.
