Im 13 turning 14
And i want a CC or Debit card
And my friend has one


Im Ofcourse gonna try to get a permit and job



I need somewhere to put money and have away to transfer money in my pocket to paypal



So i can buy kvs



And i wanna know if i can get a real CC / DC

In the UK you can get a under 16 debit card however there are many limitations as to how much you can put into your bank etc. You also can't link them to paypal. So no, you cannot.

I don't think you can get a credit card but you can more than likely get a debit card, and if for some reason you cant get one with a bank you can buy a prepaid debit card from cvs/walmart/stores like that

You can but it would require lying about your age to paypal and I wouldn't advise that since you can get permanently banned from paypal it's self.

You have to have an income for a credit card.

At that age your APR will be high as hell even if you had a job.

In the US or atleast where i live, you can have a debit card under 18, but a credit card you must be 18+ correct me if im wrong.

I dont think so man, you can get an under 16 acconts but you can't even get online/Mobile banking with it
