Im 14 and i got a debit card, and i actually did need it so i did not have around 500$ sitting in my room. So you might have to wait another year.

You can get a debit car depending on the bank you have.

Some require you to have set amount before they will allow you to have a debit card.

If you need to link a card to PayPal you can get a pre-paid visa that will work temperately until you get your debit card situation done.

Go to your local Walmart, and get a moneycard. It's basically the smart way to get a cc/dc at your age. Theres no overdraft or anything. And if you want to cancel it, you just stop using it.
