If you read again you will see this "it would require lying about your age to paypal" you can get a debit card in the UK if you are under 16 with parental consent but PayPal accounts require you to be 18 which is where you lie.

Yes, You can get a debit card, You can use it on paypal if you fake you age, and that is the only way around it. There is no special card for using paypal, you get a card, fake you age. Done

If you read again you will see this "it would require lying about your age to paypal" you can get a debit card in the UK if you are under 16 with parental consent but PayPal accounts require you to be 18 which is where you lie.
