As the name suggests Solid State Drives (SSD) don't have moving parts so you can literally plug them in and rest them somewhere as they won't ever move by themselves like normal mechanical ones would. So double sided tape, velco or even some type of glue would work to secure them wherever you want.

See my edited post, there is one 2.5" mount in the case.

If you were to get the 3.5" to 2.5" bracket then that would simply mount in one of the 3.5" cages like a regular 3.5" drive would, and then you could screw the SSD into that bracket.
