Just curious to how many people in the TTG community go to the gym, workout or do physical activities such as football, running, etc?

As I said, I'm just curious

I have a good diet with low fat, fair amount of carbs and high protein (1800 calories a day) Walk for multiple miles a day when walking my dogs but never go to the gym since I live in the middle of no where with very little means of transport atm.

Once I buy my new car I will be going to the gym 3/4 days a week and carry on with my diet and walking. I hope to do the 3 peaks challenge again in the UK. I did it back in 2010 and is my proudest achievement.

Nice man. I've never heard of the 3 Peaks Challenge - what's it all about? Sounds like you've got a solid routine for keeping a steady lifestyle. Nice ;) I go to the gym basically everyday for a solid 2 hours each time. I target a different muscle group each time I go, allowing the muscle to repair when I'm doing something else

Not too sure if I should be proud or not but I'm on like a 30+ day streak with the gym - I love it, I love it, I love it!! Doing chest and back are my favourites. What is your favourite muscle group(s) to target?

If I was you cut down to 6 days a week bud. Allowing a full day of rest if probably better for tissue repair rather than when you are just at home sleeping.

The 3 peaks challenge is either in Yorkshire which you basically climb 3 of the biggest areas of Yorkshire. any one who can walk a few miles can do it really but 3 peaks UK is the 3 main peaks in the UK.
These are:
Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)
Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m)
My family are in the military and do it every year but I have took a big break from it.
But This year I am working towards doing it in a solid time.

You can do this challenge either with a self organised group or with a company whom organise it for you and will help you raise funds if doing it for a charity.

I must say it is one of the bes things to do if you want to challenge yourself.
