Axl wrote I'm going to be getting a tub of creatine tomorrow which I'm really excited about since I have wanted to try it out for some time now. I've done some research and it looks like micronized is better than mono-hydrate since it mixes better with the water. Anyway, are there any tips for taking creatine from you guys that have experienced it?

Drink loads of water though out the day i would say thats the most important, also make sure u take it more than once a day i take mine after my workout, and when i get to work and also take it even on rest days eat plenty as well

Is not the hard honestly you just have to have the power to get to the gym everyday and eat in a caloric deficit that is all if you want to see your cutting/loosing weight calories use the calculator I supplied below.

It is said that it takes around 4 weeks to get into routine and then you should be set.
If you really want to loose weight you will do it.

I'm trying to gain 30-40 pounds. How many calories should I be eating a day? Also should I consider buying mass gainer? I have other supplements like pre work out and post already.

I gained around 50 pounds with 3k calories

I used this mass gainer twice a day with a ton of whole foods and veg and fruit

myprotein.ie/sports-nutrition/har...15587.html

It also depends on how active you are if you are sitting all day 3k should do the job but if you are playing football or sports 3 times a week you may need to up calories you will figure out if your not gaining.

Pre Workout is only to give you the spike of energy in the gym to make you perform better just use your local supermarket coffee so much cheaper,

As for other supplements I use creatine and bcaa for recovery and strength.
