For me I usually read a good book, go to the gym, or just watch a really boring show.

Don't usually have a problem falling asleep
When I have problems staying asleep, I turn on white noise. This video specifically youtu.be/FdN1pnEaJs0 |

Just before falling asleep I tend to listen to some of Alan Watts' works. He was a British philosopher, trust me some of his stuff will change your perception on the world as we know it.
Just search 'Alan Watts Chillstep' on YouTube. |

I usually listen to music or read a book. Recently I started vaping before going to bed. I don't know how it works, but after that, I'm getting sleepy and it relaxes a lot. I usually order mt vapes in [Minimum post requirement for links] and I buy different juices there ( coconut, mint, cinnamon etc) Maybe I get sleepy because of the smell, I don't really know, but it is like it is. |
