Strength does not die out and in fact I've went months without lifting and still was able to bench 225 in sets with ease. I do agree that stamina is a very important factor in fitness, but your second statement is false. |

You will lose strength as time goes on but that's due to ageing the same goes for your endurance/stamina. Also breaking your routine will also make you lose strength but you will be surprised how fast you get your strength back cause of muscle memory though. I enjoy lifting weights however I prefer running long distances so I lose a lot of muscle doing that but you gotta do what you enjoy |

ive been trying to work out for months.
couple years ago i was playing ESO on a slow laptop and loading screens would take 5-8 minutes to load so id have these 5lbs weights that id just lift during that time but i stopped and now ive got some semi decent bingo arms trying to get myself into doing something like that again but im too depressed lmao did wake up this morning wanting to do situps, but when i woke up more i was like nah im good not eating is my work out |
