Microsoft's 'Major Nelson' counts down to E3 2013

Larry 'Major Nelson' Hryb has posted a live countdown to E3 2013 on his official blog, sparking web speculation as to the nature of the hint.

Hryb, the Director of Programming for Xbox Live, posted the counter at 8:51am PT on January 2. It is accompanied by the tease "and it's on...".
While it's unusual for a representative to initiate E3 hype this early in the year, 2013 is widely believed to be the year both Microsoft and Sony will release their next-gen consoles.

Whatever it is, we have approximately 159 days to wait until we find out.

Even though I love the 360 and feel its still very good, it is time for a new console. It's been seven years since it launched. Technology is much better now for games and new consoles will be able to do things current ones can't. In the end its better for gaming.

If they can make their next gen console either ps4 or xbox 720 as good as a gaming computer now and at least two years, (to not be blown away by gaming computers) I will for sure be getting either.

Bring on the Xbox 720! Or whatever it will be called Xbox 360 is getting way too weak for game till then I stick with PC!
