Sonic: Lost World - 12-minute gameplay video

Sega isn't waiting until E3 to show off the first proper gameplay footage of its new Wii U and 3DS adventure, Sonic: Lost World.

Sega's associate brand manager Aaron Webber talks you through three levels in the video below, via IGN.
Webber also offers first details of a co-op mode which lets a second player follow along and provide support for Sonic, much like Tales did in classic Sonic titles.

Coming to both Wii U and 3DS, each version will offer unique features. The Wii U edition will have exclusive Colour Powers controlled with the GamePad by tilting, touching and aiming. It will also be playable using only the GamePad screen and will include a two player support mode.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2006, terrible. I didn't hate it but it was a let down to me.


To be honest, I didn't play that. What was so bad about it?

He might not have played all the Sonic games, doesn't automatically make him 13. Not everyone was a major gamer as a child.


no i wasn't, just had a ps3 which i played from time to time.


Yeah i wasn't a major gamer as a kid either. I'd play for like and hour or two and then be done for the day.


My parents wouldn't even let me play for an hour back in the day! :D I miss those times.


I used to lock myself in my room like a shut in xD Oh well. It's better that I wasn't a major gamer as a child, I like gaming but nothing major. I can't play video games for too long.


Me neither, get's boring pretty quickly and makes me rage :D
