E3 2013: Mario Kart 8 races to Wii U Spring 2014

During today's E3 Nintendo Direct stream, president Satoru Iwata revealed Mario Kart 8 for Wii U. This new entry in the series will launch in Spring 2014. Last month, Nintendo teased not only a new Mario Kart, but also the new Smash Bros. and more.

Miraculous Mario Kart was the game of all games. Every year my elementary school will host a tournament. I would always join.


A school that host video game tournaments? Wish when I was in school they did that -_-

It amazing but I hope in this one they don't go to crazy with the graphics because the cartoon, not life like graphics, have always been a cool part of this. I see they are making the game more 3D, with the ability to ride the walls with certain power ups.


Mario Kart Double Dash was where it was at. I really enjoyed that game. Hopefully they add back like character power ups. Like in DD, Mario would have the fireballs and that stuff.
