Pashtun To those of you who said the PS4 isn't more powerful and they are the same. Well here is to prove you wrong. BF4 on the PS4 runs at 900p @ 60FPS while the Xbox One runs at 720p @ 60FPS. PS4 was supposed to run at 1080p @ 60FPS but DICE downscaled to match the Xbox One.

Overall you will notice that the PS4 has the better graphics here. It runs better anti alias and has a better resolution. The Xbox One looks very pixelated. There is still time to make the switch like I did. 360 -> PS4

The PS4 version wasn't downscaled to match the Xbox One version, if that was the case they would both be 720p.

We all need to remember the Xbox one version build wasn't up to date, ie, that means the PS4 version was a newer build of the game, so for all we know the Xbox one version come release could be 900p, or both version could be 1080p.

The above was said by the director of BF4 on twitter. (above as in the builds weren't the same) the Xbox one had AO missing & god know what else.

So until release we still cant say the PS4 version is better, well you can but we need to take it with a grain of salt, since it has a month to get updated.

Also there is a Day 1 update for the Xbox one version, so this could add 1080p support or at least the missing effects.

Ok first off dont listen to pashtun. We gives facts then adds his own fanboy twist. he is also the biggest fanboy ever. But anyway. both versions look exactly the same, Ps4 better lighting, xbox one better shading. ps4 will run at 900p native. Xbox one will run 720p native, but if you dont recall "Forza 5 is native @1080p, Ryse is native @900p, but Xbox One upscales all titles to 1080p & they look amazing. stated by microsofts aaron greenburg. So basically even though its native 720p, xbox one upscales all games to 1080p. this basically evens out both games. now you were right the xbox one is missing the AO and lots of its particle effects which have been claimed to be fixed by dice.

They both maintain basically the same FPS the whole time, the only noticeable difference is it looks like the Xbox One is better at definition. Both consoles will play the game great so please people stop saying PS4 or Xbox One is superior on Bf4. They will run great.

Truth- The xbox one looks better and the ps4 has higher fps because it's lower graphics setting.

They both look great, it seems though the PS4 has more quality in it with brightness.
