Xbox One has better color. PS4 looks somewhat washed out.

They both look very nice. The only difference between the two are the brightness; the Xbox One look a little darker where as the PS4 looks lighter in the video. When I watch it I was playing in 1080p and they both look magnificent!

Pashtun To those of you who said the PS4 isn't more powerful and they are the same. Well here is to prove you wrong. BF4 on the PS4 runs at 900p @ 60FPS while the Xbox One runs at 720p @ 60FPS. PS4 was supposed to run at 1080p @ 60FPS but DICE downscaled to match the Xbox One.

Overall you will notice that the PS4 has the better graphics here. It runs better anti alias and has a better resolution. The Xbox One looks very pixelated. There is still time to make the switch like I did. 360 -> PS4

The PS4 version wasn't downscaled to match the Xbox One version, if that was the case they would both be 720p.

We all need to remember the Xbox one version build wasn't up to date, ie, that means the PS4 version was a newer build of the game, so for all we know the Xbox one version come release could be 900p, or both version could be 1080p.

The above was said by the director of BF4 on twitter. (above as in the builds weren't the same) the Xbox one had AO missing & god know what else.

So until release we still cant say the PS4 version is better, well you can but we need to take it with a grain of salt, since it has a month to get updated.

Also there is a Day 1 update for the Xbox one version, so this could add 1080p support or at least the missing effects.

Honestly.. who cares about this. They remind us that its the gameplay that's important then they spend hours comparing graphics.

Honestly, the way I see it is like this.
While the PS4 does have slightly better specs, they will only use those on cross platform games to maintain a frame rate, but on 1st party games you will really see the graphics boost. As you can see here the graphics are identical but the PS4 is capable to maintain a higher frame rate during resource demanding sequences by about 9 or 10 frames.

The xbox one looks better and the ps4 has higher fps because it's lower graphics setting.

What they both run in 1080p the xbox 360 and ps3 both still run in 1080p

*facepalm the image is up-scaled to 1080p. xbox one, xbox 360, ps3 run at 720p and the image is up-scaled to 1080p. now ps4 runs at 900p (larger, more pixels) and is also up-scaled to 1080p.

FibreOp Eh, like everyone else said. It comes down to preference. I personally prefer XbOne but I hate Microsoft so much. I switched from Xbox 360 to PS3 for a reason so I'm never going back to Microsoft.
