WinsomeSense Don't think this game will beat Grand Turismo on sales, because Grand Turismo will be flawless on the next gen consoles.

Both Grand Turismo and Forza 5 will always be the best racing games.
Need for Speed doesn't stand much of a chance.

Now that PS4 is released, you should go and pick it up.
Tell me how it plays.

My friend picked up this game last night when he got his PS4 and he has been playing it for about 6 hours straight. I take it that it is a good game.

Forza is usually always more popular than GT. And usually a better experience (The second part is an opinion)

It's pretty hard to contrast the games when it comes to popularity as they are both exclusives to different consoles. Xbox fans will go to Forza while PlayStation fans will go to Grand Tourismo

GibbityTree I don't like them rushing games for launch. Iron out the bugs first, money-hungry EA.

You can't really say that the game has been 'rushed out' before playing it. As long as the game is made well and doesn't have many bugs/glitches i would class what EA has done as a good business move

And you missed the point entirely. Good job.

I missed the point entirely?

I don't like them - I didn't really get much out of this. It was pretty much stating that the line was your opinion and not a solid fact.

Rushing games for launch - This is both not a bad thing and a good business strategy. Chances are that they have already done a lot of the game development process and where just sticking to a preset release date, this is the case with most companies at least. Them releasing it a bit earlier doesn't specifically mean it was 'rushed'. On top of this putting this game as a launch title for the PS4 is an excellent business strategy, consumers who have purchased the PS4 will be most interested in buying games at this point.

Iron out the bugs first - Links with my main point from the last interpretation, just because they have released it a little earlier it doesn't specifically mean that they haven't done a lot of work "ironing out the bugs".

money-hungry EA. - Welcome to the world of business my friend. Where everyone wants to make the highest profit margin possible.

Dreams game looks alright still not better then forza though

Need for speed and Forza generally try to go for a different feel most of the time. Forza is more centralized around track racing and goes for a realistic feel. While need for speed is centralized around street racing (despite some titles being based on track racing) and goes for a more arcade like feel
