Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 PC features confirmed - 4K support, FOV

At gamescon 2015, Black Ops 3 developer Treyarch took to it to talk about the PC version of the game. Confirmed features for the PC build included the ability to adjust your field of view and 4k monitor support.

Take a look at all following confirmed features below:

  • 100% ranked dedicated servers
  • Two player split screen
  • Controller support
  • Strong GPU scaling, SLI and Crossfire optimizations, and 4K monitor support at full 4K resolution
  • FOV slider
  • Framerate cap slider
  • Improved text chat features available in-game and also now in lobbies.
  • Steam Trading Cards
  • Treyarch Anti-Cheat


The minimum specs that were revealed back in May, were brought up again during gamescon 2015, which you can find below.

  • Operating System: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit / Windows 8.1 64-Bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz / AMD Phenom II X4 810 @ 2.60 GHz
  • Memory: 6 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470 @ 1GB / ATI Radeon HD 6970 @ 1GB
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is coming to PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on November 6.

If this cod is better than ghosts and advanced warfare.. it might.. But if the multiplayer is bad im only getting the game for the Zombies ive loved all of Treyarch zombies :)

-Drips I am not at all happy about the minimum 6GB of RAM as then instead of me getting 4GB on my build I will have to spend more on that little extra 4GB stick to make 8GB. :(

Youre wasting your money on a PC if you cant even get 8 or more gigs of ram lmao. I have 32 GB 1600mhz ram, im about to ditch it when I get another MOBO that supports DDR4 ram and ill be getting 16GB of 2400MHZ DDR4.
