The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 currently has a level cap of 28. Players can rank up with XP earned from matches and more. There are specialists that can only be unlocked past level 28, so the level cap may change as the beta progresses.
The beta will start on August 19 for PlayStation 4 and on August 26 for Xbox One and PC, but in the meanwhile you can check the video out below.
This hasnt bothered me as im not on Beta, everybody will be Level 28 in lobbies, Plus it will be boring because you wont be able to Unlock stuff i think it shouldent be level 28 it should be max level and you cant prestige until the game is acctually out.
MrExternalGamer I think this level cap for the beta is a good thing so it will give people a feel of the game and also not give away to much.
I see your thinking but you gotta think what do you do once you hit the cap?

Well me, I like to play games (even if its just a beta) to unlock everything. In reaching the level cap I would no longer be able to unlock stuff. To ME that would be boring, thats how me and my friends are. Once we unlock all that is possible idk me/we just kinda stop playing the game. I know its just a beta but I mean whats the point?
Personal view I guess.
the point after getting stuff is to have fun thats why most games that isnt a fps uses its own thing ie no unlocks, i do agree unlocking everything is better then nothing at all me i got bored once i hit max rank in all games cause theres nothing to do anymore so i know what you mean
