New Xbox One backward compatibility games announced

Microsoft has added 10 Xbox 360 titles to the Xbox One backward compatibility list. In addition to this, they are changing the release schedule for titles in the future.

Instead of releasing games monthly, they will start releasing titles as they become available. This means games will become available faster.

On top of this, Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners can download The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings for free on Xbox.com anytime between now and February 5th.

Here's the list of titles that were made available today:

  • Aegis Wing
  • Age of Booty
  • Counter-Strike: GO
  • Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad
  • Sam & Max Save the World
  • Skullgirls
  • Small Arms
  • Soulcalibur
  • Space Giraffe
  • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

they're not delaying it coz they never said when they only said that they will


They're delaying it because it would hurt the sales of Bo3. Which didn't actually sell very well. That's why you can buy cod points and class slots. Bo1 will probably be here in February or March.


Not sure where you are getting that info from. Black Ops 3 is selling way better than the last two CoD games released. The games has already peaked, as far as sales go. They will not be effected by the release of Bo1 on backwards compatibility.

Wish they would just hurry up and add MW2. Without adding CODs, Backwards Compatibility seems pretty useless to me.

Unfortunately, I don't have any of these games. I'm hoping they add Black Ops to backwards compatibility sometime soon. I've been waiting for it for a while.

Cmon man.. CS:GO is and always will be a PC game, it hurts to play it on 360.
