Sony begins legal action against PS3 hackers
Last week, hacking group fail0verflow and well-known iPhone hacker George "GeoHot" Hotz revealed new hacks for the PS3 allowing pretty much anyone to run unsigned code on the system. Sony has yet to nullify this through "network updates" as promised, and has instead chosen to address this problem by filing temporary restraining orders against the hackers. Battlefield 3 to be unveiled at GDC 2011 next month

It seems that Bushing, Marcan and Sven have completely destroyed the PS3's security systems and that soon homebrew will be coming to all PS3's no matter what the firmware, as they have discovered how to sign homebrew and PUP files! Over 9,000 PS3 users petition for Black Ops refund 'its inferior to the 360'
PS3 owners aren't happy. Well a very small percentage of them. Those PS3 owners with Black ops are demanding a full refund because the game is 'inferior' to the Xbox 360 version.
