DeluxeModz wrote yer what if you do 1000 press ups

Press ups build up pecks and upper body,

Sit ups and crunches are good for abs

Everyone is kinda stupid at this

A proper 6 pack takes months, outlines of your abs takes a few weeks though!

Know the difference!

Danke wrote YES

You can easily define your abs though with hard work, 20 min work out a day for a month will get you pretty ripped!

PS dont do steroids or you wont know when to stop and theres a lot of bad side effects, mental and physical

There is no bad side affects except getting small nutz
