TBH, why would you want a max? That means you just know your limit. You're supposed to challenge yourself to get more each and every day, and "maxing out" doesn't do that.

I am a college basketball player tho. So working out is mandatory for me. I'm 18. About 6'0 on a good day. And weigh 200 pounds(+-)
My workouts are insane. And for all of you extreme lifters... I would recommend trying crossfit. For those that don't know what that is.. Google it.
6 foot basketball player and you weigh 200+.are you the fat water boy?

I'm a goalkeeper so its mostly reaction times and jumping !
I'm only 5,6 but I have ninja reflexes and I can jump high,
I have only being going on rower for a but and can do. 2 hours non stop then run for 1 mile and this is what I'm wanting to do every other day and get better and better causing progressive overload ( look it up)
I have SMART goals (Google it) and have being raising my FITT to get better
And words Google them its just basic PE knowledge
Oh and I'm 15 :'(
