In the UK you can get what is called a "young persons account".

anybody under the age of 18 can have one, you dont have an overdraft or anything like that.

I go with Barclays, plus you dont want a credit card, you want a debit card

Im pretty sure that you can get a debit card but not a credit card at your age.

In the UK you can get one when you like 11 or 12 and its a debit card and you can do anything with it like everything.

You can get a credit card if you lie about the age but the credit card company can get into trouble for giving a minor a credit card.

Yes, You can get a debit card, You can use it on paypal if you fake you age, and that is the only way around it. There is no special card for using paypal, you get a card, fake you age. Done

Dont know where you live, but in the UK, you can get one if you are under 16, but your parents need to apply for one with you in the bank. At 18, you can apply for one without constant.

What job? What income? You have to pay it back you know it's not like lending it of your parents
