Xbox One/Xbox 360 most popular Black Friday consoles at Target,Walmart

Xbox One and Xbox 360 reportedly accounted for 61% of all console purchases at target and Walmart over the Thanksgiving sales weekend.

The statistic comes courtesy of InfoScout, which credits the Xbox platform success to the limited availability of PlayStation 4 stock as well as Walmart’s $99 Xbox 360 deal on Black Friday.

The PS3 and PS4 both managed to score 15% of the market, giving Sony about half of Microsoft’s market share during the sales.

The Wii U and Wii definitely trailed the pack with 6% and 1% market share respectively.

fex BOTH the PS4 and Xbone are great consoles. MS need to sell the console without kinect 2.0


If MS sold the Xbone without the Kinect, that should make it $100 or more cheaper.

That's actually quite a surprise as Sony had a better Black Friday deal I heard... I guess the Xbox One is the more popular console though.

I personally like the look of the Xbox One, but it would look so much nicer white.

No, it's not even in the picture. That's the 360 E. The One is far more stylish than the 360 and PS4.

You might want to add the Xbox One can't stand vertically.


And that it is comparable to the looks of an 80's VCR.


Not really. That's your opinion. You should probably look at a VCR before you say that.
That comparison came up because some butthurt ps4 fanboys thought they were funny.


II would rather have a huge vcr like box that I know will run smoothly over a small box tthat has overheating problems.


Honestly who cares if it looks like a tin can(either of them), they both do the same thing except Xbox one has apps and other features that the ps4 doesn't. However the Ps4 has features the Xbox one doesn't have. So all it really comes down to is preference nothing more.
